The vital part of the human body refers to the physiological part where severe pain, coma and even death will occur when the human body is hit by external forces. In the training and actual combat application of catching the enemy, while strengthening self-protection, we should effectively use its characteristics to subdue the enemy. (I) there are human facial features and brain on the head. Each part is very fragile. Hitting the head can cause heavy injury. The parts that can be hit are: 1. Pterion: also known as wing area, commonly known as temple, which is located slightly above the posterolateral side of the eye (Fig. 1 ~ 8). Most of human skulls are hard, but the bone of pterional point is weak. After being hit by gravity, it is easy to produce fracture and cause intracranial epidural hematoma. Severe cases can cause aphasia, coma or death. 2. Eye: it is a human visual organ. When the eye is hit by external force, it can cause slow heartbeat, decreased blood pressure and even sudden cardiac arrest through eye heart reflex; When the eye is attacked by insertion point violence, it is easy to cause bleeding or blindness. 3. Nose: it is located in the center of the face with abundant blood vessels. The nasal bone is relatively fragile, so when the nose is hit by external force, it is easy to produce nasal bone fracture and bleeding, and the bleeding is fierce. Severe cases can also cause concussion. 4. Ear: it is a human auditory organ. The violent blow acting on the outer ear can cause dizziness, instability and fall through conduction. 5. Mandible: located in the lower third of the face, it is the only movable joint of the head. The mandible is hard, but there are many weak links in the structure. It is easy to fracture when hit by external force. (II) the neck of the neck is the connecting part between the head and the body. The positions that can be hit are as follows: 1. Throat: located in the front of the neck, it is a person's respiratory channel and vocal organ (Fig. 1 ~ 9). Beating and strangulation of the throat can cause poor breathing and severe asphyxia. 2. Carotid artery: it is located on both sides of the neck, one on the left and one on the right. It is a channel for transporting blood to the brain (Fig. 1 ~ 10). Compression of bilateral carotid arteries can quickly and effectively block and sharply reduce cerebral blood flow. Prolonged time can cause coma and serious brain injury. (3) the heart, an important organ in the chest, is easy to cause blood pressure drop, heartbeat slow down or sudden stop under the action of sudden violence. Myocardial contusion can cause severe pain, panic, shortness of breath, arrhythmia and death in severe cases. (IV) ribs are mainly ribs, a total of 12 pairs (Fig. 1 ~ 11). After being hit by external force, it is very easy to fracture. The broken end of the fracture may pierce the pleura and lung tissue, resulting in dyspnea and even death. (V) the abdomen can be divided into upper abdomen and lower abdomen. 1. Upper abdomen: there are stomach and duodenum in the upper abdomen. Heavy hitting force can cause painful shock, decreased blood pressure and sudden cardiac arrest. Light hitting force can cause vomiting. 2. The lower abdomen mainly includes liver and spleen. Violent beating will contusion, rupture and bleeding of liver and spleen, leading to coma and death. (VI) there are mainly kidney organs in the waist, one on the left and one on the right, and they are close to the posterior abdominal wall, with a shallow position. The texture of renal organs is fragile. Under the impact of blunt violence, it is easy to cause renal contusion, rupture and bleeding, resulting in severe pain and death. (VII) the crotch nervous system is sensitive. A slight blow can cause severe pain, and a gravity blow can cause bleeding and swelling, leading to painful shock.
